Once the total or partial payment is made within our platform, we take responsibility for providing you with a room with the characteristics and at the hotel you chose (In case of problems beyond our responsibility or force majeure regarding the availability of the rooms you chose, you will be relocated within our hotels to rooms of equal or higher category than the ones you booked). If otherwise, due to issues in our availability system, we will contact you to clarify any situation that may arise in a total or partial cancellation on our part.
  • 2. The customer reserves the right to cancel, with the possibility of postponing their reserved days for a maximum period of 6 months after the date of their initial booking, with a maximum deadline of 5 business days before the hotel check-in date, and in any case being non-refundable, except for duplicate payments within our platform or incorrect charges.
